HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED
Staying motivated when things get difficult can be a challenge, but it is possible! Whether your goal involves improving in an area of study or excelling at a job, here are some tips to help you stay motivated and refocus on the task ahead.
1. Start small – If your goal seems overwhelming then break it down into smaller achievable goals that will lead up to the bigger one. Completing simple tasks consistently helps build momentum which in turn helps keep motivation high because each step gets you closer to achieving something larger.

Take breaks– It’s important for us all as humans (not just introverts) to rest our mental space from time-to-time, so give yourself allowances where needed to refresh what needs refreshing…literally walk away from the space and come back with fresh eyes; allowing perspective.
